WHY I CHOSE TO SPECIALIZE IN DOWNTOWN TEXARKANA

Many people ask me why I have chosen to spend my time in downtown.  They say it is deteriorating and that everyone is moving out.  While that may be true in many instances, it is a proven fact around this country that if the downtown dies so does the rest of the community eventually.  You may have noticed that as the new developments are built on the edge of town other developments closer to the central business district begin to decline.  There is a movement around this country to rebuild the downtown areas because people have learned that when the center is healthy so is the rest of the community.
